How we find the top Nursing Agency Staff
The first steps:
1. Initial application
Complete all the necessary paperwork which includes the application form and employment disclosure. Once this has been completed please email this to us.
2. Face-to-face Interview
You will be invited to attend an interview with a member of our Recruitment Team. We will go through the role that you have applied for and work we have to offer, the benefits of working for Smeaton Healthcare, your skills and experience and what your requirements for work are.
3. Employment checks
If you are successful at stage two and have been offered the position you applied for, you will be required to apply for your DBS through our DBS provider. In the time that you are waiting, Smeaton Healthcare will complete employment checks such as references from previous employers.
If you do not hold a Care Certificate, staff members are required to complete our In-House Care Certificate Programme. Once completed, you will receive your certificate of completion and as soon as your DBS is confirmed clear - you will be able to start practical work.
- Staff member will be offered free, mandatory in-house training throughout their employment.
