Are Smeaton Healthcare offer NVQ Training for it's staff?

YES! Smeaton Healthcare have been offering the level 2 & 3 to it's colleagues for some time!

What is an NVQ?

The NVQ is a work based qualification

which recognises the skills and knowledge a

person needs to do a job. The candidate needs to demonstrate and prove their competency

in their chosen role or career path.

Define competency?

Candidates need to demonstrate that they have the suitable skills, knowledge and understanding to carry out the tasks associated with their job role.

What do NVQs courses cover?

NVQ’s cover a wide range of subjects for almost every occupational area in every business sector.

Whats more?

All candidates will be auto-enrolled onto the Care Certificate at the beginning of their diploma!

Best practices in healthcare are always evolving.

There's always more to learn, so Nurses and Healthcare Assistants need to develop their skillset to make sure they’re delivering the best care possible.

People tend to learn better when they take an active role in their own development – NVQ Diplomas ensures your capabilities keep pace with the current standards of others in the same field.
