Signing & Dating official documents in 2020!
When completing official documents at work, we hope that they aren't changed by others, but it is always important to make sure that if others try to, they can't.
Officials across the world are urging people to use the full date (dd/mm/yyyy) when signing official documents and you might be wondering why?
If you are dating documents in the format of dd/mm/20, colleagues and other can add a previous year by simply adding 18 or 19 for example. This would make your records false.
Leaving the date in its shortened version could open yourself up to fraudsters, who could easily change it to many other years. Be smarter, slow down & write 2020!
